Hi, I’m Cat, a Colombian-born, Miami-raised sports production veteran with over 12 years of experience in the industry. I am currently working and raising a family in Atlanta, Georgia. I specialize in producing quick turn high-quality content and have worked with prestigious organizations such as Atlanta United FC, The University of Miami & ESPN.

Throughout my career, I have gone from behind the camera to managerial roles and developed a strategic approach to tackling creative production needs, with a focus and love for building and managing both internal and external production teams while establishing operations protocols.

I pride myself in being a caring and dedicated leader who takes the time to teach and mentor the creatives under my charge. I thrive in high-pressure situations and I am always looking for opportunities to push the boundaries and innovate in my work.


SPECIALITIES

  • Ability to handle all aspects of the production process, from coordinating the creative team, managing the budget, hiring crew and talent, and overseeing the post-production process. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality video content that meets the client's needs.

  • Experience developing a comprehensive plan that outlines the goals, objectives, and approach for creating a video project by defiing objective, developing content strategy, and implementing quality control.

  • Accurately determining cost estimates for equipment rentals, location fees, permits, crew rates, talent fees, post-production editing, visual effects, and other related expenses. While utilizing budgeting tools to create comprehensive budget plans, and updating budgets throughout the production to track expenses and stay on budget.

  • Collaborating with HR department and conducting candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Once onboarded, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations and address them in a timely manner. Promoting a culture of recognition and appreciation among the team that leads to retention.

  • Using analytics and data to monitor sentiment analysis and understand how a campaign is being perceived by the audience. Insights into the performance of content help optimize content strategy to create more engaging and effective content.
